1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime by writing to hello@zapsupp.com from your registered account email.

2. Effective Date

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Access After Cancellation

You retain service access through the paid term. After expiry, your account may move to a limited or inactive state.

4. Data and Export

We recommend exporting your business data before the subscription ends. Data retention after cancellation is subject to operational and legal requirements.

5. Refund Relationship

Cancellation terms and refund eligibility are governed separately by our Refund Policy.
