3. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription and service fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
  • All applicable taxes, levies, and duties are payable by the customer.
  • Failed or delayed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use ZapSupp for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activities, including:

  • Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Using the service to sell prohibited products under applicable laws.
  • Violating third-party rights or platform policies.

5. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payment processing depends on third-party providers and acquiring banks. Their terms, service availability, chargeback handling, and settlement cycles are outside ZapSupp's direct control.

6. Intellectual Property

ZapSupp and all related software, trademarks, and content remain the property of ZapSupp or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the services during your active subscription.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. You may close your account by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ZapSupp's liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ZapSupp harmless from claims arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
