ZapSupp is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We do not ship physical products directly to customers.

1. Nature of Delivery

• Delivery is digital and provided through account access.
• No courier, parcel, or physical fulfillment is performed by ZapSupp.

2. Service Activation

• Standard subscriptions are activated after successful payment confirmation.
• Activation is usually immediate, but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.
• Custom onboarding timelines are shared separately in writing.

3. Merchant Fulfillment Clarification

Merchants using ZapSupp may sell physical goods to their own customers. Shipping obligations for those orders are solely the merchant's responsibility and governed by the merchant's own policies.

4. Delays and Support

If your account is not activated after payment, contact us with your transaction reference at hello@zapsupp.com.
